In order to see results you'll need to go to a gym and weightlift!. 50 reps means they are way too light!. But if you wanna workout then you'll need to work everything!. Back, Chest, Arms, Shoulders, and Legs!. Up and downs are called Repitions or "Reps" which is what everybody calls them!. I'd say go with 20-25lb dumbbells!. Those might be too heavy, if they are then go with 15lb dumbbells!. I workout 5 days a week!. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just wanted to tell you not to lift weights every day!. You can do cardio every day, but lift weights only every OTHER day!.
That's very important!. A rep is one up and down, and use the size that JUST pushes you!.
Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

a rep is one up and down and sets are basicaly how many sets of each u do, if u struggle to do about 8-12 weights with a weight its heavy enough foryou, u need a strain so i say lift something much heavierWww@Answer-Health@Com
