Question: What's the difference between carbs and net carbs!?
Say I only allow myself 200grams of carbs a day, and I count it do I count carbs or net carbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Food packages that call out net carbs are removing the following:

-- Sugar Alcohols: These are normally only partially absorbed into the blood stream and therefore there is a much smaller change in the blood glucose level!.

-- Dietary Fiber: These are not digested!. They absorb water and help move waste!.

Look at your diet and see how much of it consist of the two above!. Your diet should consist mainly of complex carbs!. Given this, yes you can count them - as long as they are only a small percentage!.

Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
