Answers:
I think thats way to much to be honest!.
3-5 miles is enough exersize for one day!
And weight lifting should only be done every other day [to let your muscles rest]!.
Just tone it down alittle!.
Good Luck, :]!.
Im looking forward to seeing you on my shopping bag!.

Be careful not to strain your muscles, or lift more than you can handle!. As long as you're EATING ENOUGH, then you can work out as much as you want!. If you don't eat as much as you should, then your body will go into starvation mode and try to hold on to as much fat as it can!.

Get a personal trainer to help you out!. If you can't afford one, see if you can talk to one for a few minutes when they aren't busy!. They will probably give you a more informed answer!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is bad for you only if you feel "exhausted" or uncomfortable after you finished exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats not bad!. I used to run twice a day, a total of 15 miles, 6 days a week as a runner in college so your not even close!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most bodybuilders like marcus ruhl,Dexter,Dennis all used to do that and still do!.Its actually good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you're not hurting anything, it's fine!. Just change routines to give different areas a workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you are not tiring yourself!.!. and not feeling exhausted, its fine!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
