Guys will this help me get into shape?!


Question: Guys will this help me get into shape!?
ok i am a 17 year old male and i weigh 62kg (yeah yeah i know im skinny) my height is 174cm!.!.ok so anyways i have began doing dumbells at home my trainer gave me excersies to do which will strengthen my back, arms and chest, also i have began doing swimming once-twice a week but after my HSC (which is the final year 12 exam) i will go 3times a week then!.

I have been doing this for about 1month and i can see improvement withing my self but im just wondering if i keep on doing this would i not need to go 2 the gym or will the gym make the process faster

i just want to get into a attractive shape not all bulky and everything

If you are consistent with your excercise routine there should be no reason why you would have to go to the gym!.Most exercises canbe done at home!. I do suggest however that you change your diet if you wantto remain this way and introduce more green vegetables, fish, chicken and carbohydrates like pasta- basically anything high in protein and omega 3s!. Nuts and grains are important too!. If you are wanting to see more muscle tone and definition you cant go wrong with protein supplements also!. You will tone up but not be too bulky if you combine weights with cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you say you are skinny , the best way to bulk up would be to carry on with your routine and eat more carbs!. Dont cut cardio from your routine!. Important aswell is that you musnt let your body get used to the exercises!. change the exercises up once in a while!. And rest!. the muscles on your body grow while you rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
