Question: Losing weight!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
What are some exercises to do inside, like at night!. But also help you lose weight and stay fit!?
How many sit ups and push ups to do!? and how many to do to lose a pound

Answers:
You can do jump roping to burn fat and calories!. If you want to look thinner, pushups and situps won't help!. They will help you tone up and look more fit, but not lose any fat!. To lose fat you need to do cardio, that's running, jump roping, skipping, jumping, ect!.

You could also do situps and pushups every night to tone up, as many as you can!.

raise it step by step

so let's say the first week you sit-ups & push-ups for five [yes, 5!]
on the second week, make it 10 and 15 on the third, and so on!.


you will see the result better than you do 50 sit-ups on the first week
[next week is 100!?! that sure will drive you crazy!]


and it's about what you eat too!.
make sure you only have 1 treat for a day

doing lots of situps will make your abs strong but you will not lose
weight this way, you need to do high intensity cardio 3-4x a week!.
