Indoor ways to lose weight?!


Question: Indoor ways to lose weight!?
i want to take my exercising to a new level by exercising befor i go to sleep but also lose some weight at doing it Www@Answer-Health@Com

Easy, treadmill!. I am not sure if it is best ot excercise before goign to sleep!. Some suggest it is best to excercise first thing in the morning before eating breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Dancing to music or to dance exercise tapes
2!. Walking if you have a long hallway or many recreation centers/fitness centers have indoor walking tracks
3!. Mini trampoline or rebounder
4!. Treadmills, stationary bikes or ellipticals purchased for home use!.
5!. Weight training with some small basic weights that can be purchased at Walmart

most people are to energized after working out and makes it hard to get good sleep and im not so sure how good it is for your muscles either, getting them all pumped up and then sleeping!? i would suggest diet eat 6 smaller meals drink only water and juice with exercises you should loose lbs Www@Answer-Health@Com

yoga,pilates,dance jumping are all indoor workouts!.!.!.its the rate of your workouts,the duration and your diet that determines how successful you will lose weight!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah its good to workout before you sleep for the night because you burn off your dinner and then your tired and go to sleep right awayWww@Answer-Health@Com
