Question: How to Rid the fall/winter blues and feel more motivated!? 10 pointer!?
Every year during fall and winter I always get extremely lazy, bummed, and kind of chubby!. I tend to over eat, feel bad and groggy because of the bad weather!. I need suggestions to make my seasons better and actually have a great holiday season without feeling gross!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest to bundle up and step outside for some sunshine and fresh air during the fall and winter months!. It is a fact that being outside will promote a better overall mood!. While you're all bundle up and outside, why not go for a walk!. This will take care of your mood and also give you some exercise during the holiday months!. Just a short 30 minute walk 3 to 4 times a week will help you maintain your weight and you won't have to worry so much about skipping that roll at dinner or that dessert at that holiday party!.
