Am I Wierd Or Am I OK?!


Question: Am I Wierd Or Am I OK!?
I skip breakfast and lunch all the time and only eat a cookie or two until supper!.!.!. *sigh* I can't stop, though, because I am, like, NEVER hungry!.!.!.I always have high levels of energy, though and am the brightest person in class (!.!.!.or so they say!.!.!.) and well, very athletic for a person who's not interested in sports!. Well, I just don't think I have a very normal lifestyle, yet it's so hard to change!. I mean, who else do you know that barely eats, yet is the most energetic and brightest (!.!.!.with MY class, it's not hard, lol!.!.!.) girl in her class!!? Ugh!.!.!. I don't even know what I'm trying to ask!.!.!. umm!.!.!. How can I change, I guess!.!.!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do this sometimes (when I'm mad at myself for binging) but I don't feel good afterwards!. I don't have any energy and my heart speeds up!. Plus I get dizzy!.

I don't recommend it!. It's not very healthy and it will slow down your metabolism!. Please try to eat something! I don't want you to get hurt! You're one of my bestest contacts and friends on here! ?

When you eat breakfast, it wakes your body up and you'll burn the calories by lunch!. For breakfast just eat a little (don't STUFF yourself)! Start off with half of a banana or a Quaker Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie (they are good for you, and also tasty!) until you develope hunger!. Once you start eating regularly at a fixed time your body will get hungry!. Peanut butter on toast with a little honey drizzled on top is also good!.

For lunch, try Smucker's Uncrustables!. They are tiny little pockets (white bread) filled with either grilled cheese, peanut butter and honey, peanut butter and grape, or peanut butter and strawberry jelly!. They are snack-sized, so maybe an apple or some trail mix with it if you can!. Then as you start to get hungry after training your body to eat lunch, you can go for full-sized sandwhiches if you can't do that now!.

Also, tend to eat your snacks / junk food during the day and NOT after dinner!. Your body burns the most calories during the day, so that way you can eat and not regret it!.

umm i have days like that except i eat more than you lol!. I sometime dont eat breakfast and just eat lunch and by the time i get home im not hungry for supper!. !.!.!.hmmm idk lol
but you really should try and eat something normal before dinner!. Later in life you will regret it because you are making your metabolism slow way down and eventually it will make you gain a lot of weight if you ever start eating normal!. so you should probably try eating a little better each day!. if you ate 2 cookies a day by now you would be anorexic, you should see a doctor if you are truely eating 2 cookies a day and nothing else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are messing with your metabolism and it's going to bite you in the a** eventually!. This bad habit can lead you right down the road to diabetes, thyroid disease and many other metabolic disorders!. Your 'lots of energy' is like the state when someone is hyper due to being over tired!. It's very stressful on your body!. I was the same way as a teenager and just didn't eat until supper, even into my 20s!. It catches up with you!.

If you want to change, try to plan out what you will eat in advance!. When I don't do this, I go completely off track!. Try to have nutritious snacks like fruit and just graze during the day, without having meals!. You'll feel more normal if you aren't used to eating at that time!. My co workers now tell me to 'GO EAT'!. You could also try powerbars, having smoothies for breakfast and protien shakes!. Maybe you have some people who support you and can do the same!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
