Question: Exercise ideas please!?
i have put on weight slowly over 3 years with having 2 kids i now hate the way i look!.!.!.!.!.!. i cant do the walking thing as my partner works away and am a single mum most of the time both my children wont sit in the pram!.!.!.!.!. my local gym only has child minding at the wrong time of day!.!.!.!.i have no family close by where i can drop my kids off!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

get an exercises video, you can do them while watching your kids and it teaches them good exercising habits too!.

i would recommend "core rhythms" if you want to lose weight in your middle, thys, and buns area, you really feel the burn but its really fun because your basically doing latin dancing and its easy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
