I'm always hungry and eat when i am but i always exercise as well so i dont feel so bad knowing i can burn it off the day after - so make sure you stay active and you can eat whatever you want in moderation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are on a diet to lose weight, starving your body will slow down the process of losing weight, because as your body begins to feel for a lack of food, it will shut down certain processes to conserve energy!. This will mean less fat burning!.

During meal times, you are better off to eat something with fiber in it as that will make you feel full longer since your body cannot digest it, it slows the digestive system!. If you're dieting, be sure that you're getting at least 30 grams of fiber every day!. (If you haven't been getting a lot of fiber, increase your intake slowly so you body can adjust)!.

Also, drink water throughout the day!. Sometimes your body sends signals of hunger when you are dehydrated!. Drink lots of water and try to avoid juices with lots of sugar in them!.

Try to eat 3-5 oz of protein at meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)!. Another way to help keep the hunger at bay, eat smaller, but every three hours: Breakfast, then 3 hrs later a light snack (nuts, seeds, popcorn), then 3 hrs later Lunch, then 3hrs later another snack (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, oranges, apple with skin, avocado, kiwi, mango and pear, dried fruits such as apricots, dates, prunes and raisins), then dinner 3 hrs after that!.

Diets that consist of starving your body cause some weight loss, but it's not the fat you are seeing going away on the scales!. Your body weight is made up of many things, including fat and muscle!. If you do not consume enough food to keep your body fit, it goes into starvation mode and starts taking from other areas, like muscle!. Muscle weighs more than fat, so when you start losing muscle, you think you are losing weight, but you are not losing the weight you want to lose - you want to lose the fat!.

Another thing that can slow the hunger, seems strange, but do some light exercises, like light walking or riding a stationary bike, that will sometimes shut down the hunger for a little bit, but be sure to get plenty of fluid, and if you are starving your body, this may just make you hungrier when you are done!.!.!.so, make sure you are getting a healthy balance diet to begin with, and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could try chewing gum :)
but if you don't like chewing gum, you could brush your teeth :P
those ways make you not want to eat because the food will taste funny anyway!.
also, sometimes when you are hungry, really you are only thirsty, so try drinking water :D

You should never let yourself get too hungry, small meals often, are better than waiting till you are very hungry and stuffing yourself, fruit is always good for a light snack, nuts, just to take the edge off your hunger, till the next meal time!. Try not to drink tap water, as it has fluorite in it, and you need a special filter to get rid of it, boiling it doesn't work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is definitely one of the more thought provoking questions!. Do you feel empty inside !? If it is a sexual hunger you are referring to you may want to try masterbation, or sex with another consenting adult!. If it is a hunger for life, you may want to try some sort of outdoor sports (maybe even extreme), like if its a type of hunger for something 'more', maybe try white water rafting or ski diving!. well try to prevent the hungry feeling look at eating porridge some thing that takes longer to break out so you feel hungry longer!. work out the cals in it and work it in to your diet!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well umm you know this will probably sound crazy but you could try eating!? But you know ii am kinda crazy and ii suppose it is a bit weird to eat when your hungry!. but it works for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
