Answers:
That depends on what you replace the cigarettes with, if it's food then yeah, you will gain weight!.

Nicotine is said to be a appetite suppressant, so just be aware that when you get the craving to smoke, chew a piece of sugarless gum instead of snacking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, probably, but the extra weight is less harmful than the cigs & you can take it off after you've gone through withdrawal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you've only smoked for 4 months you shouldn't!. Just watch what you eat!. Usually people who gain weight after quitting smoking replace smoking with eating or snacking as a comfort!. Good Luck!!! I'm trying to quit myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't turn to food once you stop smoking!. That's the only reason people gain!.!.!.and the average is only 5-10lbs!. I've seen people blame a 35lb weight gain on stopping smoking!.!.!.just isn't true :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't over eat then you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
