If you've only smoked for 4 months you shouldn't!. Just watch what you eat!. Usually people who gain weight after quitting smoking replace smoking with eating or snacking as a comfort!. Good Luck!!! I'm trying to quit myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't turn to food once you stop smoking!. That's the only reason people gain!.!.!.and the average is only 5-10lbs!. I've seen people blame a 35lb weight gain on stopping smoking!.!.!.just isn't true :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
