One of my family members needs to gain weight!. Their doctor told them to drink milkshakes at almost every meal!. Eating ice cream, peanut butter, breads, pastas, and bagels will help!. Weight gaining shakes will definitely help; these include Ensure and Boost!. You can drink these as many times a day as you want to!. I've heard the "Boost smoothies" line tastes good!.

Here's some more info:

* Eat starchy vegetables such as potatoes and corn more often!.
* Go for dried fruits or fruit juices as healthy higher calorie snacks!.
* Add cream or cheese sauces to fish and baked chicken breast!.
* Choose herbs and spices to increase the flavors of your food rather than relying on salt!.
* Add powdered milk to soups and sauces to offer calories and protein!.
* Spread Peanut butter on whole grain bread, apples or celery sticks to get a great source of protein and calories!.

That's normal, when you are 16-17 and about 5'10'' it's normal to be 160, at 6 foot 180 is perfect!. So I suggest keep doing what you're doing, BUT work out with your friends, gain weight, but not through twinkies cokes and such, but through muscle!. There are some shakes you can mix up that give you a safe amount of healthy calories to burn when you are the gym, working out without having sufficient calories to work off of is pointless! NEVER Go to the gym on a health bar on your stomach and thats it! Drink one of the shakes you mix up, they add muscle, safely!.

Do some research, I do not want to guide you to an unsafe weight gain, there ARE safe weight gain supplements, such as: Ensure, this is one of them!.
Gives you plenty of calories to burn!. Energy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
