How many minutes should i bikeride?!


Question: How many minutes should i bikeride!?
i want to get abit fitter im not trying to lose weight cos i eat healthy and stuff but im just not very active

btw i can cycle everyday cos i only have my bike at my mums house so i can only ride on mondays tuesdays wedensdays and sundays!.

if your not excercising at the moment you should build up slowy , try cycling for 15mins gently at first and when that starts to feel easy start cycling for longer and so on!. if your eating healthy i think you'll be fit in a couple of weeks hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I ride my bike for an hour a day 3 or 4 times a week!.
How long till your fit!? Depends on how out of shape you are!.
Just getting use to a bicycle takes about a month or 2!.
You'll feel it mostly in your butt from the seat and upper legs from peddling!. Drink plenty of water when your out there, and stretch your legs before you start!. Good luck and ride safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
