Well no one on this site can give you a proper answer for that because none of us know your body type!. BMI is not accurrate so we can't base it off of that!. It depends on your body type, percentage of body fat, how much muscle you have, and what you want!.
DO NOT make a particular weight to be a goal because if you are doing exercises your fat and muscles proportions will change and muscle weights more then fat!.
I suggest that you find out your body fat percentage and set your goal to be in a healthy body fat range!. Everyone has a different bone structure and amount of muscle so a weight to height can't work because everyone is built differently!. I am 5 ft 5in and 160 lb andthing less then 145lb would not be practical for me because of my body type where as someone my exact same height and weight looks much heavier then I am!. THere are even people that weight less then me that look heavier then me or more then me that look less them me!. SO height to weight is not the answer!.
Make sure you are eating a proper diet but don't debribe yourself of the things you like because then you will binge!. Get some cardio activity in!. Since you are young weight training is a not a very good idea so you are better off with calestetics (push ups, crunches, leg lifts, ect!.) You can find many of them on different websites!.
Your goal should be to look and feel fit and healthy and the suggestions above will help you to achieve that!. You can feel free to contact me at any time and I can go further into details with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a rule of thumb (not taking into account age, sex, lean muscle mass, etc!.), your ideal weight can be determined by multiplying your inches over five feet by five and adding 100!. So, in your case, 4 times 5 = 20 + 100 = 120 as a goal weight!.

Don't use a time factor for your goal!. Because you only need to lose 20 pounds, make "eating healthy" your goal and shoot for one pound a week!. Do this by cutting about 250 calories out of your diet each day and burning off another 250 calories through exercise (daily walks, bike rides, etc!.)!. If you do this and lose the weight this way, it will stay off and you will learn healthy habits for life which will help ensure that you don't have chronic weight problems!. When you set a time factor, you're setting yourself up for disappointment and failure!. Your body will lose the weight in it's own natural time with your assistance!.

This page can help you learn what "eating healthy" is all about!. Good luck!

DONT set a weight loss goal!. Weight isn't important!. It's how your body looks!. A girl might be 5'3" and weigh 120 pounds because she's muscular!. The best way to lose weight is not to diet!. Cut out all soda, candy, and junk food!. DONT EAT ANY!. This works for me!. I'm 5'2" and weigh 97 lbs!. The main thing is soda!. My friend is fat, no offense, and she eats little!. The main thing is she drinks soda instead of water!. Stick to water and you'll be fine!. Remember, health foods rock in the end! Www@Answer-Health@Com
