this isnt really a healthy bodyweight, but no worries! it can be fixed! eating the correct amounts of food is vital to your body getting to full max health!. if your involved in sports even better! You can eat without the worry of bad weight gain!. You eat then you play your sport!. Notice your maintaining what goes in!. i suggest you consume some more food to about 90-100 pounds but in a SLOWLY manner!. once accomplish you can go about your ordinary diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
