ur lifting weights kinda early then u will be short wait till ur like 15 or something

First off, don't over do your exercising, or else you'll get weaker instead of stronger!. Be sure to eat more healthy foods and less junk food, that will help your muscles get the proper nutrients they need!. Don't worry if you dont seem to be getting anywhere because you are twelve and you have years to work up to the strength you want!. my best advice would be to not over work yourself, cuz that would be reallly bad for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i little young to be on here don't you think don't push your self to hard i have hurt my self in many sports pushing to hard i have pulled so many muscles but train and join a Sports team they at my school work out every other day in the wight room talk to your basketball coachWww@Answer-Health@Com
