HELP. Eating disorder/nutritioni!

Question: HELP!. Eating disorder/nutritionist/over-boa
Answers:
First of all, you are never 100% fully recovered from an eating disorder!. You have a problem right now!. To you, all these exercise and healthy eating is giving you an idea that you are perfectly healthy!. But eating too healthy can actually be bad for you!. You are not eating enough!. If what you burn and what you eat are virtually the same, you are not getting any benefit from your exercise and diet!. You need to cut back on exercising so vigorously and take a chill pill!. I agree with your doctor 100%, you need to be eating about 2000 calories at least each day, and fats and oils are part of the food pyramid, so include them!. If you want the nutrition to fully sink into your system, you need to cut back on the exercise!. If i were you, i would limit the amount of work you do to about 4 hours a day!. if you push yourself too hard, you will be right back where you started when you were in 10th grade!. Be careful, don't be afraid to ask questions, ask your doctor, a nutritionist, anybody on a professional level!. You need a little bit more help!. your intentions to yourself are more than great, you just need to watch yourself a little bit more!. I am not trying to criticize you or anything, i am just giving you my input on your disorder!. Good luck and i hope everything ends up well for you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your story has really touched me!. You are so like I was at your age!. I am now 43; a Personal Chef and Dietician, who's studied nutrition extensively!. We are all a product of our lifestyle!.

I am not qualified to make a diagnosis!. I think you should read an article of mine at:
http://chef-on-line!.blogspot!.com/2008/08!.!.!.

Now don't get me wrong!. In my humble opinion you do not have this disorder at all, however, most compulsive activity stems from similar stimuli!. We all just handle it differently!.

For the extremely arduous excercise routine you have, I am definitely of the opinion that you are not taking in enough calories!. But who am I - LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!. Your body knows best!. If you are fainting and not feeling well!.!.!.listen!.

At 17 one's body is extremely resiliant!. Yours does not seem to be!. Depriving your body will also have undesirable effects on a young body still developing!. I am not ganging up on you, at all!. Just cautioning you to be kind to your body!.

May I suggest a meal plan!? You need only try it for 2 weeks!. If you are not happy with the results, then go back to whatever suits you!. I'm prepared to do this for you at no charge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
