Is this normal? :/ (eating problem)?!

Question: Is this normal!? :/ (eating problem)!?
So im 17 yrs old, 5'5'', and 111-113 lbs!.
i run 3 or more miles 6 times a week, pilates 5 days, crunches/leg lifts 6 days a week and on top of this i have a 3 hour practice outside for 4 days a week!.
after practice, i run!. i never stop!.
so thats a brief background, hah!. and i ALWAYS only eat 1200 calories with all fresh fruits, steamed veggies, grilled boneless skinless chicken, fat free/sugar free/low fat/low cal foods!. low sodium!. all whole wheat and whole grain!. i never eat out!.

so i eat really healthy!. but i my mom made me go to a nutritionist yesteday because ive lost my period for four months, and she said i need 600 calories more a day!. which im not going to do!. and she said i need to sop eating fat free foods because i need fat in my diet!. which i cant do!.

but im wondering, i made this chili tonight with 99% fat free lean ground turkey, organic no salt added tomatos, organic sweet corn steamed, and spices!. i tried to add something variety to my diet because ive been eating the same thing for 3 weeks and only 1200 cals!.

see, im trying!. but im just wondering if since my stomach isnt used to eating real foods and meals like this if that could be why after i ate that my stomach expanded like 5 feet out (not really that much!.!.!.but!.!.), and is really hard and pressure!. i took tums and it didnt help and now i just feel disgusting!.

whats going on!?

Yes that is very possible!. When your on a really strict, restrictive diet for a long period of time, and then you go off of it, and eat something that your body is not used to, in my personal experience it can have a really wierd reaction, and bloating is definitely one of them !. it happened to me a long time ago, i broke out in a sweat and had horrible stomach pains, and my stomach became so bloated it looked like i was pregnant!. You may not believe this, but it really sounds like you have an eating disorder, or whats definitely the start of one!. When you start having really screwed up periods , and then miss them for 4 months, its a problem!. This can even affect your fertility later on in life!. Your 17, im sure this is not something your concerned with, but when your in your 20;s this will be something to worry about!. Being so rigid and restrictive with your diet is not normal!. doesnt it suck when your friends go out to eat or smthg, and you cant go cause you cant eat those foods, or when you to want that piece of chocolate cake, but cant bring yourself to do it, because you know your going to feel sick and disquisting afterwards!? these feelings, and im sure you know what im talking about are not normal!. And what your going through is not just a "diet" or considered "eating healthy", and the amount you excersise is way excessive!. its an obsession, which is what anorexia is all about!. its not really about food, its about control!. and you may think you have so much control, but really IT is controlling you!. I highly recommend you take the advise of your dr, and maybe seek out some eating disorder support group, or talk to a school counsillor!. the sooner you realize that you need some help, the sooner you can become a normal teenager again!. because trust me, it will spiral out of control, and the longer you continue this , the harder it will be for you in the long run to et your life back!. i wish you the best of luck, and i hope you listen to what im telling you!. email me if you have any questions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's just bloating, I eat any where from 2500-4000 calories a day!. And after a huge meal my stomach gets huge for the day and it's the upper part of your stomach not near your lower abs!? atleast for me anyway!. In the morning you should be fine, some food takes longer to digest then others!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah that happens to me!.
its my 2nd time recovering from anorexia and bulimia and when i started eating regularly i got really sick for the first few weeks but my body got use to food again!. good luck!

if you have any other questions feel free to email me!.

I think you're a liar :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your doctor is right you do need some fat in your diet!. The fact that you haven't had your period means you are severely underweight!. You will get really sick this winter and a lot!. You will probably start having stomach and digestion problems too!. You are also now putting your body at risk for osteoporosis!. The doctor doesn't mean eat a lot of fat but it is okay to have a burger every once in a while or throw some cheese on a salad!.

Your stomach expanded bc of the beans in the chilli if they were some!. And don't worry it will be back to normal tomorrow!. It's just gas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
