Salad bars at most chinese restaurants are just sad!. And bring a salad spritzer with you to save calories if you like dressing!. I'd stick to the stir-fry type veggies!. They often have meat (chicken or beef most the time) in them so choose chicken and watch how much meat you are getting!. 3-4 oz of chicken is about 120 calories!. The veggies themselves have hardly any calories, the oil isn't a whole lot spread out over the whole batch, same with the sauce!. I'd skip the rice with it or only eat a cup of it, which white rice is almost 200 calories a cup!. And anything that looks to good to resist, get just a taste of, but don't try to resist all together (like ice cream or sweet and sour chicken) or you'll go home and eat bad things (half a pan of brownies)!. :D Check out http://caloriecount!.about!.com/ to learn more about making wise food choices!. I've been to a trillion Chinese buffets!.

So from personal experience, I can tell you that tons of food there is fried!.

Go with a salad, have some fruit, try steamed vegetables, but help yourself to some carbs and proteins, too!. Just don't go for the fried stuff drenched in oil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Buddha's feast (veggies), brown rice, broccoli beef, lemon scallops!. Stay away from fried (see above answer), anything breaded!. And lo mein is pretty fattening but it's so good I can't help myself!. And lettuce wrapped chicken is good!.

I seldom see salads on the menu, as I think of them!. You can find side dishes of cucumber that are delish!. The soups are good and lowfat (clear broth)!. Fried rice is pretty high fat so you'd want to skip that!.

You're making me hungry--what a good question!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's all good!.!.!.unless it's something that's fried!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
