Alrighty here we go:

Yes, 60lbs in 3 months is possible!. You have to stick to the plan though!. For starters I wouldn't eat more than 1300 calories a day (it's pretty difficult to eat 1300 cals a day if you're eating good quality food) UP your protein (at least 80mg a day) and fiber!.

Here is an example of what I USED to eat (when I didn't have such a sucky life!)

Breakfast:
2 and a half scrambled egg whites + 1/4 shredded cheddar cheese
2 pcs of bacon
1 cup of cottage cheese (high in protein)
1 cup of pineapple (to go with the cottage cheese because there is no way I could eat that crap without it lol)
and a large banana!.
12 oz water!.

That is a large breakfast! It was very very very filling!.

Mid-Morning Snack:
Large Apple
8oz pc of cheddar cheese
12 oz water

Lunch:
Salad with grilled chicken (and all the veggies u can stand)
Large Orange
12 oz water

Mid-Day Snack:
Cup or 2 of carrots
Handfull of nuts
12 oz water

Supper:
8oz grilled/baked chicken (or tuna, tuna is AMAZING for protein!.!.!. it just makes ME nauseous bleh)
1 cup of brown rice
Steamed Veggies
12 oz water

After Supper snack (when applicable):
Cup of strawberries and cream :)
12 oz water

Yep, it seems like a crap ton of food, but keep in mind that it's fantastic food! Stay away from fried stuff and fast food (sometimes it may look o-k but it's packed with fat & calories, eek!) Drink as much water as you can possibly drink!. Try taking big gulps and try to drink 8oz at a time, they say you're supposed to drink half your weight in water (ounces of course lol) so 110 oz's a day is what you should aim for (of course if you don't 110, that is still GREAT!)!. Water flushes all the toxins out of your body (i call it the fat flusher woohoo!), no sodas please! Eat 5-6 times a day!. Breakfast should be the biggest (and most calories) that you consume at once!.

Exercise exercise exercise!. Cardio is a must!. If you ain't sweatin you ain't doin nothin! Power walk 30 minutes every other day to start out with (if you have a dog take him too he will love you!)!. Once you get used to that start going every day, longer, etc!. Do push ups, crunches, lunges, squats, plies (ballerina move), you can use empty milk jugs or water bottles as weights, too! Just fill them up with sand and go at it! Once you start losing weight you might want to use cocoa butter all over your body to keep your skin from getting kinda saggy, water will help with the skin problem too!.

Geeze, once you get set in a routine it comes naturally! You'll feel AMAZING!. I can guarantee you've probably never felt like it in your life! Just keep it going, it's really really hard at first to find the motivation but hang in there!!! Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's a diet called "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" which can help you lose 9lbs every 11 days!.

It's a "calorie shifter" diet which means that it makes each of the 11 days carry a different amount of calorie intake!. I!.E day 1 will be 1,500 calories, day 2 will be 1,000 calories, etc!.

It works by stimulating your body into thinking that you have plenty of food to eat so it doesn't need to store any fat any more!. This then encourages your body to burn all the stored fat it can - leaving you with a slender figure!.

You can see a full review of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet here: http://www!.dietingscoop!.com/fat-loss-4-i!.!.!.

Hope this helps!?

60 pounds in 3 months is quite a lot!. That's 15 pounds a month which is just under 4 pounds per week!. That's a lot!. you would have to drop your calorie intake considerably AND do a helluva lot of exercise!. These things would probably send your body into starvation mode which would show results at first but then you would go the other way and put weight back on!. You would be better to aim for 60 pounds in about 6 months!. I know it sounds like forever but it will be better for you in the long run

You should be drinking at least 1!.5 - 2 litres of water a day!. Ideally you should be eating at least 3 times a day but many people say that eating 5 or 6 times a day is better for you because your metabolism and blood sugar is more constant so you lose more overall!.

Go for wholegrain bread pasta and rice as far as possible!. Cut out junk food but don't beat yourself up if you cheat a little!. Plenty of fruit and veg is also key!. There are lots of calorie trackers etc online you can use as well!.

I'm roughly the same height and weight as you, and my online calculations say that to lose a pound or so a week, with no extra exercise, I should aim to consume a maximum of about 1950 calories per day, and I have quite a sedentary lifestyle!.

Good luck with it, and hopefully we will both lose all the weight we wantWww@Answer-Health@Com
