How to get thinner thighs...?!
Question: How to get thinner thighs!.!.!.!?
I'm quite slender, not thin nor fat but I have extremly fat thighs, it's so embarressing when I sit down or something they look so horrible!. I try and work out on my Wii Fit as much as possible but nothing seems to be happening!. I've also tried the gym for a month and that didn't even work!.
Has anyone got any advice or tips!? Please don't put any horrible comments!.

well if you have a trampoline you can lie on your back and kick up-wards , this will work on your thighs !.!.!.!. also if you don't have a trampoline what you can do is kickboxing , just put on some music and stand in your living room and throw some kicks and punches for about 1/2 hour , also you can do jumping jacks and jump rope !.!.!.!. any thing that works on your thighs !.!.!.!.Hope this helped ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Lol I was going to pick on you but you asked me not too!.
For your thighs--basically zero in on exercises that us your thighs almost exclusivly!. Dips(set up a string, stick whatever it doesn't matter just something to "dip" under!. Start leaning to one side, dip under to the other side and back and forth for about 2 minutes, stop, go three minutes, stop 4, stop, 5, stop, 4, stop, 3, stop 2!. Do that everyday when you stop only stop for about 30 seconds so you dont cool off!. It helps to go for a job before so your already warmed up!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My thighs are very thin and what I do is an hour to an hour and a half of cardio 6 days a week, elliptical, running, and stairmaster!. After my cardio I do a whole lot of squats!Www@Answer-Health@Com
try squats!.!.!.!. do them everywhere, esp going up stairs and down stairs continue them , dont give up it takes time, possibly longer then a month!!
