What's the best way ''quit'' fast food?!


Question: What's the best way ''quit'' fast food!?
It's so tempting and hard to pass up! Anyone been able to cut it out completely!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

look at the rest of america, do u want to be like them!. do you want to represent the overweight population!? think about how happy you'd be with that burger [i sure as hell am, but i work out] and then think about how happy and proud you'd be walking down the beach all sexy!. maybe you dont get to that point, its very likely that you get it or close TO it but it takes time!. just tell yourself its not worth it!. go buy an apple and a gatorade/water and fill up on that!. fill up on healthy foods, then u wont have the desire to fill up on something bad!.

Probably by just going in there and ordering the healthier stuff on the menu!. Instead of getting Whoppers, Big Macs or 1/4 Pounders, get the salads, or at least the SMALLER portions, like just a hamburger or the Happy Meal type food!.
Indulge yourself a little, get a SMALL french fry serving or small portion of chicken nuggets with yr salad or the yogurt & fruit!. Skip the soda and get a fruit punch or juice!. Actually once you get away from their usual stuff you'll notice the taste difference!.
It can be done!!
There are alot of those places near me and YEP! they smell good, but when I indulge once in awhile, I usually don't feel so good later or the next day I'm bloaty and I can't wait for it to pass through my system!. And that's just from having a "Happy" Meal w/apple juice!. McDonalds is the only place I indulge in and that happens about every few months!. I actually did cut it out for about 2 years!. Once you do cut way down and clean your system, you'll notice the diff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you HAVE to have some, get the sandwich, tear a small portion off and throw the rest out!. That way you will just settle your cravingWww@Answer-Health@Com
