Hi, nope, thats only a myth

Im 15, i started weightlifting and ab exercises when I was 14

I was 5'9 by that time, now my height is 6'1 n half, and guess what, Im still growing!

If you workout and eat what your body needs, your muscles will tone, your bones will get stronger as well, you will keep growing, and girls will love you!

You should do this exercises 3 or 4 times a week:

4 sets of 20-25 sit ups (Remember to rest at least 1 minute before starting a new set)

and

4 sets of 20-25 crunches (Remember to rest at least 1 minute before starting a new set)

those exercises gave me a nice 6 pack

never take supplements, those will really stop your growth, and you will feel a lot better if you work out and have a balanced diet

No!. It helps to strengthen your bones!. You should stretch and develop your flexibility because that will help give you a little extra height!. It will improve your posture!.

Pilates is the best!. It's been around 80+ years!. Since I started doing pilates, my abs have never been better!. I love it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, taking steroids makes your muscle grow faster but suppresses the lengthening of your bones!. It also suppresses the immune system which would mean that you'll gonna catch diseases easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it won't stop you growth, that's a myth!. I think you mean six pack, not six pecs!. lol Just do crunches and lower your bodyfat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
