Question: How can i hide my ribs below my chest!?
i am 14 years old, 112 lbs and i am lifting weights for 2 months and i am working on my six pack that's why i don't eat a lotWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat, eat, eat!!!! Your body needs the calories to turn into muscle or else all your working out will be a waste of time!. Eat a healthy balanced diet with lots of whole grains, beans, nuts, rice, pasta, vegetables, fruits, and water!. Make sure you give each muscle that youre working while weightlifting atleast 48 hours of recovery!. Get lots of sleep and don't overwork yourself!.

If you eat enough and workout on a healthy schedule, you will see muscle gains in those places!. Particularly for your chest, bench pressing and ab work is good!. Push ups are a good endurance exercise for your chest as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to eat to hide those ribs sweetie if your working out the food you eat will burn not create fat because your metabolism is speeding up from the workout , Now go get a burger meal! Your only 14!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
