Does my daily routine look okay?!
Question: Does my daily routine look okay!?
First a note:
I am 16!. 6'3, 158 lbs, health conscious-
strive for at east 2 hours of exercise a day and eat healthy all the time with the occasional diet soda (yes I know aspartame is very bad)
Some days (about 3-4 a week) I go to the Gym and run 6-8 km at about 6!.5 mph)
I start with a big breakfast (around 1300 cal),
then I walk to school (3km in 1/2 hour)!.
At lunch I have a smaller meal (around 600 cal) while walking 3 km home,
then when lunch ends, I walk 3 km back
After school I walk another 3 km home
Eat a snack (same size as lunch)
Do homework for 2 1/2 hours
eat dinner
eat a small snack if still hungry (always on run days)
On weekends I lift weights on saturday and leave sunday for rest
what I eat:
I eat tons of fruit and vegetables (not too many super sweet fruit though), I get 3/4 of my daily fat from peanuts/almonds!. I eat lots of lean meat (barely any saturated fat as a result of this)!. I never eat dessert or sweets (but I do sweeten some foods with stevia-all natural sweetener)!. I eat slowly and eat more only when hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
