Is 20lbs a good amount of weight to loose?!


Question: Is 20lbs a good amount of weight to loose!?
So im 19, I'm 5'4 and weigh about 140lbs which in my opinion is way to much!. I have very large boobs so that adds to some of the weight but not all of it!. I want to loose 20lbs and was wondering if that was a good weight!? Or if it should be more or less!. Here is a pic if that helps

Your ideal weight would be 120 lbs so below 100 lbs or above 140 lbs could be regarded as underweight or overweight!.

Losing 20 lbs would bring you down to the ideal weight!. You are not actually overweight but losing a few pounds would be OK if you are not happy with your weight!. Perhaps losing 20 lbs is a bit too much!. Perhaps 5 or 10 lbs would be better!.

I'm 5'4 too and I weigh 120 which in my opinion is about 5 lbs too much for me but I do not have the boobs you have! I wear a B/C cup depending on the month but depending on your cup size 15-20lbs would be fine for you to lose!. But really, don't worry so much about dieting as eating healthy and excercising and the weight loss will come!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think 20 pounds might be a little much
maybe if you want to lose wait, try three to five pounds at time!.
you would be surprised how much 20 pounds can be
also, maybe try to lift weights and do sit ups, you would be surprised how much that could do to your body!.

20 pounds might be a little much!.!.!. 120 pounds is about what a 5' 0" person should weigh!. Instead of focusing on losing weight, it's a really good idea to focus on being in shape!. 140 pounds is a great weight if it's toned muscle!Www@Answer-Health@Com
