I eat about 700 calories a day and I'm 13 and '5"3!. Is that too low or high!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
In order to maintain your healthy weight, you need to eat your weight X15!. So if you're happy at 103, you will maintain that weight by eating 103X15=1545 calories a day, assuming you do a normal amount of exercise every day!.
There are 3500 calories to a pound!. If you continue eating 700 calories a day, you'll LOSE about 3 pounds a week!. That's ridiculous and dangerous!. Stop worrying about weight, and EAT when you're hungry!. You're a growing girl! Your body needs 3 glasses of milk a day, a lot of protein (meat, chicken, fish) and fruits and veggies!. And whole wheat bread, potatoes, rice and beans!. EAT, or you'll regret it!. You'll get very sick, and you'll be very unhappy!. I can promise you that!. :(
Bless you and please take care of yourself, OK!? Good! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's too low!. WAY too low!. especially for your age!. An adult is supposed to eat around 2000 calories per day, children are supposed to eat around 1800 per day!. I would aim for around 12 - 1500 calories per day AT LEAST for your age, otherwise your body wont get the fuel it needs to develop and grow!.

You need to increase your calories, double them would be best at least!. Start off by eating small things, like an extra piece of fruit etc etcWww@Answer-Health@Com

1344 The number of calories your body burns in one day, assuming you did not even move out of bed the entire day!.!.!. also known as your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)!.
So your should be eat around 2000 a day because the average child burns off over 600 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its to low!. You are probably burning about 1000 calories just to live!. You are taller than me and I have a resting metabolism of 1200 calories!.
