Question: Is it okay if i skip breakfast!?
if i skip breakfast becasue im not hungrey in the morning then i go to school will it be okay!? and will this make me lose weight or store more fat and HOW!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No its not!. I use to do that when i was in school, i wasnt hungry so i didnt eat and so by the time it was morning tea i was starving!. It will make you put on weight as i have found out because your body goes into starvation mode and so it stores all your fat because your body is worried it wont get anymore energy!. Food is energy! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!. Have a big breakfast and you will see how much more energy you have and how more alert you are!Www@Answer-Health@Com

when your asleep your metabolism slows down [retainging fat] so in the morning when you eat breakfast, it starts up your metablolism so your body can start burning fat!. if your not that hungrey a great breakfast is a bannana or any furit really with a glass of milk!. hope it helps!!!
