Answers:
Overall, you're not doing too badly!. I wouldn't worry about total carbs, but I would try to get them from whole grain sources (for example, when you have pasta, make it whole grain pasta)!. Another good tip is to have a source of protein with every meal, so if you're having pasta for dinner, add a source of protein like chicken, fish or ground turkey/turkey sausage!. Or do a vegetarian option like rice & beans, which together make a complete protein!. You could make a burrito using a whole wheat tortilla, for example!. And don't forget veggies or a salad for dinner, since you need more of that too!.

If you like it, cottage cheese is a great source of protein, as are string cheeses (and they make easy snacks)!. Other favorite snack ideas (so you don't get bored always eating the same stuff): apple & peanut butter, carrot sticks & hummus, or a little trail mix (make your own using a little dried fruit and some nuts)!.
