Believe it or not i have tried this in aerobics class befor!. She' s pretty intense! if you work hard the whole hour i would say it is about 400-600 calories!. A regular aerobic class usually burns about 350 calories in a 45 minutes session, but this one is so intense im not sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
