My day starts at 7am and ends at 9p. Is it better to workout early in the mornin!


Question: My day starts at 7am and ends at 9p!. Is it better to workout early in the morning or late at night!?

In the morning for a few good reasons!.!.!.!.

First, your day will be better with more energy from you getting your body going!. Second, your metabolism will be better too because you've jump started that as well!. Third, you'll sleep better at night and usually need less caffeine once you stick to it for a few days!. And lastly, you ever notice how many things pop up later in the day that need to be done!? It is either those or hit the gym right!? This helps you to stick with it because there isn't much that can pop up early in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
