Question: Whats the best way to get a good looking body if im chubby!? !?
i am about 5"8, 192 lbs!. i was wondering if i wanna get a good looking body whats the best way!. should i try to lose alot of weight first to get skinny then start working out alot OR should i jus work out alot now and get big ( like not fat but mostly working out) and after i get big ill try to get cut from there!.!. sorry its kind of confusing!.!. but let me know please thanks :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll Have to burn off all the excess fat before you can start working on muscle's!.
Personally I recommend running 3times a week for about 45 minutes!.
If your not a strong runner you should run for about 4/5 mins then walk for 1 min gradually increasing this to suit yourself!.
After you've lost all the fat you really need to start on your upper and lower body strength!. And the best way to get a six pack is to get a chin up bar and lift your knee's towards your stomach and hold them there for about 5/10 seconds, then just repeat about 20/30 times!.

If you want to get smaller, then you should lose weight first!.And start light
cardio training such as jogging etc!. It can actually be quite bad to start building muscle when you're unfit as this will strain your heart!. Also, when you work out, fat will turn into muscle!. So unless you want to stay this size you should lose the weight first!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of the problems people have (or think they have) stems from bad habits!. Changing habits is one of the hardest things you can do but it is definitely possible!. Identify ONe habit you want to change (an easy one) and work until you have changed it!. The do another!.!.!.

as a personal trainer i would say that u should do 2 things First!.!.!.u should start from jogging every day for 1 hr and cycling for about 45 min!.!.!.u should also control on ur diet!.!.!.try avoid fry food and fatty food!.!.!.eat a llot of fresh fruits and green vegetables!.!.!.also do take care u eat ur food atleast 2-3 hrs before u go to sleep!.!.once u get a slim body u can start with weights and stuff!.!.!.or u can join a gym!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't have any genetic predisposition to chubbiness, then eat healthy, not too often, keep motivated, and find an exercise you enjoy, otherwise it'll be difficult to stay motivated!. Just stick to that and you should gradually lose the pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly start to eat high protein foods so that you build muscle rather than fat!.
Drink between 2 to 3 liters of drinks every day!.
Exercise to improve your physique, do push ups, sits ups and squats to start to develop muscles!.
Run and swim to get your muscles flexible!.
