Is it bad if I eat this for breakfast every morning?!


Question: Is it bad if I eat this for breakfast every morning!?
I am trying to gain weight, so for the last 4 days I have been eating 3 cups of spinach mixed with 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites, 1/2 a cup of oats with a handful of raisins, and a piece of toast!. Sometimes I have a tall glass of milk or just water!. Is this too much to eat everyday, will it affect my health in anyway!? Thanks in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds excellent! Scrambled eggs with spinach is a great protein/iron source, as well as fiber!. I'd up the oats to a full cup though!.!.!.!.!.you want a lot of complex carbs to gain weight!.!.!.and make sure the toast is whole wheat and that it's milk you drink, not water!.
With this amount of carbs and protein, I hope you are doing pretty intensive weight workouts! If you are, then you'll be seeing some pretty nice changes within 2 or 3 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like a very healthy breakfast for someone who wants to gain weight!. It is great it has complex carbs, lots of protein and some fats!. I learned from a magazine if you want to gain weight eat snacks every few hours but make sure they are full of healthy components not candy and sweets like the one person told you those will only cause you to have health problems!. Also if you wake up in the middle of the night drink a protein shake to keep your metabolism going!. You sound like your off to a good start!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are trying to gain weight or lose it!? Why not just eat real food!? How about a whole grain cereal along with some scrambled eggs mixed with some cheese and whole wheat toast on the side!. There is absolutely no trick to gaining weight!. Eat real, healthy meals and snack every chance you get with fattening but healthy stuff like granola bars or banana bread!. I can put on several pounds in one week just from my homemade bread alone! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was skinny until I started to eat one Snickers bar everyday!. My weight skyrocketed!. I would not recommend candy as a way to do it, however!. You don't say what else you eat during the day!. It all counts!. If you simply want to gain weight without regards to your health, eat ice cream and cake everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
