I would run a lot, and don't snack! Snacking is the devil! If you're a snacker, I'd suggest eating 5 smaller meals, instead of 3 big ones!. Also, a lot of times when people get hunger pains they are actually thirsty and mistake the pains for hunger!. Try drinking more and eating less!. Me, I'm a constant juice drinker!. If you're in the same boat you're unintentionally loading your body with sugar! Most juices have the same sugar contet as soda!. I would really keep that in check if you're a heavy juice drinker!. There are some websites you can use to calorie count (I think Yahoo has one)!. Do not cut extra calories to lose weight! This is a huge myth! Your body will go into starvation mode and hang onto any calories it does intake!. For information on diets and meal plans, check out free online resources (freedieting!.com, quickdietfix!.com)!.
