What Should I eat for now on?!
Question: What Should I eat for now on!?
Now I want to get healthy very fast, and i'm tired of being fat!. So what are good food to eat for breakfast, between Breakfast and Lunch, Lunch, Between Lunch and Dinner, and Dinner!. I just want help, because if I had a food plan or something then I can do good because I play baseball and I workout but I never cold lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lunch: grilled chicken on wheat bread with lettuce and tomato

dinner: wrap with grilled chicken, veggies, and low calorie dressing
fruit with peanut butter
yogurt

well try not to eat snacks just strict breakfest lunch and dinner!. for breakfest try to eat fruit and somthing along the lines of bread!. avoid butter but fruit jellies should be fine!. for lunch eat a salad or because i hate those eat somthing healthy low in fat plenty of protein/nutrients!. and for din din eat somthing along the lines of lunch but switch the food groups so you can get all of them!. avoid snacks snacks are bad and dont help!. avoid protein shakes and bars they either dont work and go out of your body as feces or are stored as fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
For breakfast, get some low-fat cereal (Special-K is really good) or eat a banana and drink a bottle water!. For a snack, try those low-fat granola bars (like the cereal bars you find next to the regular granola bars in the grocery store) - Eat plenty for lunch, but eat healthy!.!.!. grilled chicken salad, grill salmon salad, grill chicken strips, fish!.!.!. For another snack, eat another banana or heck, a pack of crackers isn't going to hurt!.!.!.!. Then, eat a smaller dinner!.!.!. be sure to have veggies, and go light on the red meat!.!. fish and chicken are always good!.!.!. you'll be amazed to find the types of delicious, healthy meals you can make with chicken! Your problem is your diet then!.
Try eating a cup of cereal along with 1/4 cup skim or non-fat milk for breakfast!.
For lunch, eat a small salad or a tuna sandwich!.
For dinner, eat something with whole grains and veggies!.
