Question: I'm having problems sticking to a diet that I like to lose weight!. !?
Are there any good pills out there that will help with losing weight at a fast rate while I am going to the gym!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no diet pill on the market is going to get you the results you'd like!. diet pills can be bad for your heart, are expensive, and not FDA-approved - you're not guaranteed to lose weight with any kind of "magic pill"!. my best advice is to stay away from them all together!. forget about dieting!. i'm not sure where i heard this statistic - but i heard that about 90% of diets fail, and it's because they're not long term, and definitely not realistic in terms of everyday life!.

my advice!? figure out what you're doing wrong!. adopt good habits, and concentrate on losing the bad ones!. forget calorie-counting, and focus on making good, healthy choices throughout everyday life!. for example:

-drink water!. it's said that we should have 8 glasses per day of water - and it's definitely true!. water has the minerals we need, it increases circulation, and of course, suppresses hunger!. =]
-try to eat less processed foods!. avoid drinking soda (yes, even diet!) as fake sweetners (such as splenda, aspartame) are not only bad for you, but can actually cause you to GAIN weight!. instead of drinking soda (diet or regular), try drinking 100% fruit juice (ie, cranberry, apple, orange, etc!)!. because they're made of fruit, they'll quench your sweet tooth & at the same time, you're consuming essential vitamins instead of high fructose corn syrup or fake sweetners!.
-other than cardio exercise, don't forget about weight/strength training! strengh training (using free weights & weight machines, etc) can not only help you get toned, but also help you develop more muscle mass - which will eventually help you lose more weight (so at the gym, don't forget about weights!)
-eat out less - make your own healthy lunches/dinners!. this will not only save you money but will also help you figure out ways to cook & eat healthy!
-make a habit of walking or biking to the places that are within a mile distance (that you normally drive or bus to!.) this will not only benefit your wallet (high prices of gasoline), but will also get you into an extremely healthy habit of learning to love walking/biking!. =]
-if you're still in school - join an intramural sports team!. this will mean practice every day & lots of exercise, obviously!. also - it can be fun, and who knows!? it could be your next favorite hobby!.
-if you're not in school, and if you have time, join a course (ie, self defense, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, etc!.), even one that only meets once a week!. this will help not only in getting a good workout, but also in releasing endorphins & relieving stress!.

i can't think of anything else off the top of my head!. but honestly, people break diets because they just don't work!. changing your habits & improving the way you eat & exercise is what will work in the long-term!. good luck! =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

pills dont do anything really, all they do is get you amped up like an energy drink so you can workout a little longer!. but you dont have to stick to a certain diet to lose weight, i mean dont get me wrong they do help but there all designed around the same principle and thats to burn more than you eat!.!.!.dont call it a day after the gym, go do some yard work afterwords or something!. just keep busy!. hope it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your diet may be impractical thats why u r not sticking to it!. for a workable diet
here is what my dietician suggests !. follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!.remember potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.have a protein shake if you like too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit ideally berries, or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am not encourage to use pill to lose weight but i encourage to use the liquid food to lose weight in the health condition !.
