Yes!. If you get enough protein in your food sources they are not absolutely necessary!. You will do better if you do take them though because of the higher efficiency balance of amino acids (the components that make up protein)!. The other factor is that the total quantity of food you ingest will be less!. BTW, you can't eat enough food to equal the nutritional benefits of whey protein and if you could the cost would be prohibitive!. Whey protein seems expensive when you buy it but the cost per drink comes out to less than $2!. That's a cheap, high quality mealWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes, but perhaps not as much!. you could try eating foods with higher protein levels, and working out regularly!. you may not become AS bulky, but the satisfaction that you built your body entirely on your own, without the aid of supplements or steroids is such a great feelingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, but your muscles need protein to grow!. You won't get as drastic or quick results without the extra protein!. If you don't want to take supplements then eat more lean protein like chicken, fish, and black beans especially after you work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
