What are the side effects or harm, if I do weight training everyday after cardio!

Question: What are the side effects or harm, if I do weight training everyday after cardio !?
I have joined gym primarily due for weight loss!. I joined around 3 months back when I weighted 214lbs and right now I weight 189lbs!. I follow cardio and weight training alternate days!. To be frank, I wish to bulk up my body with muscle mass soon and wish to do weight training daily, what are adverse effects if I don't take a break in between !? and after cardio which usually takes around 45 minutes I switch to weight training which usually takes an hour , what will happen if I workout 5 to 7 days a week like close to 2 hours !.

I know health experts ask to avoid it, but I want to know the reasons why!?

regards, vishal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscles are exhausted, they need rest and if they are worn out, how can do their work at their best !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no reason you cannot weight train almost every day - so long as you alternate the muscles you are working and have one clear rest day a week!. And why not ramp up your fat burning potential by switching up to cardio after weight training and making your cardio an interval training session!.

Your week would look something like this:

day 1 - chest and biceps, 20-30 minutes interval training
day 2 - quads and calves, 20-30 minutes interval training
day 3 - shoulders and triceps, 20-30 minutes interval training
day 4 - back and hamstrings, 20-30 minutes interval training
day 5 - rest or perform cardio recovery - a longer 45-60 minute session at lower intensity than interval session!.
day 6 - repeat pattern from day 1

I prefer to do interval training on the treadmill and you would jog for 2 minutes recovery and sprint for 1 minute all out and keep alternating - making your sprints longer for more intensity as your body adapts to the exercise!. Although you can adapt this to any peice of cardio equipment in the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

switch your method of cardio before weights to weights then cardio, this will utilise your carbs allowing you to lift more than after cardio
consequently by utilising your carbs before cardio by the time you come to do your cardio you will be burning more fat!.

funny enough i used to do the same as you same weight and down the gym 7 days a week and when i switched to weights then cardio i noticed the difference but remember diet is very important Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you don't give your muscles the proper rest (one to two days) they need after working the, they can get fatigued and strained, which in the end will not help you get any bigger or stronger, in fact, it will set you back!. the only muscles that are ok to work every day are your abs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The muscles need to be able to regenerate after working them!. Daily weight training can cause the muscle groups more harm by not giving them a chance to rebuild!. That is why it is recommended to do weights every other day!.

You could sprain something !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

muscle plateu

at least dont work the same muscle every dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

insufficient rest will stall muscle growth !.!.!.

excess cardio will stall muscle growth !.!.!.

plenty of rest and protein is the key to building muscles !.!.!. work your muscles in groups and do it to failure !.!.!. then give the muscles 3 days to rebuild before working that group again !.!.!. most body builders I know will break the body into 4 groups, work 2 days on, one day off, two days on, two days off !.!.!. get some L-glutamine, and low carb protein powder !.!.!.

walking would be fine, but higher intensity than that will make the muscle gain slower !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
