Question: I WANT To loose weight!! plzz helpp!!!!?
right,, hey guys!
so i am not exactly fat, or overwieght! i know that!. its just my stomAch and overall my body fat, its weird because my stomach is soooo fat and flabby i need to get rid of it !. i dont mean be anorexic !.
i am 13 btw
i cant go to gym!
could u plzz tell me how i could get rid of it, in any amount of time,
diets!? not too complicated ones! i am only 13
excercise!? plz tell me a way that is good and quiet fast to get a flat stomach!.

you are still growing, but I've had this same problem!. Belly fat is the hardest to get rid of!. If you don't want to go to the gym and exercise (its not my bag either) try having fun and getting in the exercise you need!. Make sure it raises your heart rate, because that means you're burning fat! Like riding a bike, this works out your legs, butt, lovehandles and belly!. I also like to longboard!. Swimming is great for your ENTIRE body!. Hiking is good as well!. Jogging in the morning, and doing yoga beforehand is good!. Yoga stretches and tones, but you need to get some cardio in as well!. (cardio means heart, meaning something that will raise your heartrate!.) Doing sit-ups this way : hands behind your head (not supporting your neck, just restfully behind ur head)!.!.!.when you go to do a crunch, have your right elbow reach with your left knee!. (legs should be bent, feet flat on the floor) and then do the opposite: do a crunch with your left elbow reaching your right knee!. exhale when you do bend, inhale at rest!. Hope that makes sense!.
As far as diet goes, get lots of protien if you are to be exercising as it builds muscle!. Vitamin B-12 gives you energy and protien!. Be careful of getting too much protien because if this energy is wasted, it turns into fats!. Protien-rich foods are any red meat, fish (salmon, tuna, etc) and eggs!. not sure about veggies!. But make sure you get plenty of fruits and veggies in your system! good luck sweetie!.

EDIT: also know that you must work out your entire body to get rid of belly fat!. thats always the last to go, so don't try to focus on one area, because you will be wasting your time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're kind of young!.!.!. at your age you should be growing, not dieting, unless your really obese - and then your doctor would advise you!.

First, see if you really need to lose weight!. A lot depends upon your build and body type, but the best indicator of appropriate or inappropriate weight is BMI!. Here
