Question: Why is it best to take multivitamin supplements w/ foods that contain fat!?
Answers:
Most vitamins are "fat soluble' meaning they are broken up via the fat and then dispersed into your body!. I said this in a very general way in hopes of making it easier to understand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some vitamins such as ascorbic acid are water soluble, some like Vitamin D and A are fat soluble!. The fat soluble ones are taken up into fat micelles which are actively transported across the intestinal epithelium and carried in the blood stream!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
