Regarding Fiber and protein intake... plz reply?!


Question: Regarding Fiber and protein intake!.!.!. plz reply!?
1] Can ny one suggest me which food, i mena fruits, vegetables, spices,, etc are rich in fibers and which alll in proteins!.!.!.!.!.
if u can list them out ill appreciate it!.

2] any techniques to increase metabolism rate,, other than drinking water !.
I mean i exercise tooo but my tummy is notflat !.!. not tht it is very large but still ill like to reduce it,, so plz suggest something if u can,

all leafy vegetables are rich in fibre
ragi,jawar corns are rich sources
fruit like guava,grapes are other sources of fibre!.
all pulses are rich in proteins!.sprouts in fiber!.
excess protein intake with out supplementing it with fibre, minerals ,carbohydrates,vitamins puts strain on digestive system!.
corns,garlics are good fat burners!.
give a short break to coffee and try ragimalt,or replace it with green tea!.a spoon of honey in a glass of luke warm water along with some lime cuts down unnecessary fat[check if it works for u]
exercises specially meant for reduction of tummy fat are advisable!.
sedentary life style,getting to bed as soon as you finish your dinner accumulates fat!.'sleep a while after lunch,walk a mile after supper is the saying'!.
depressions,worries,too much off sleeplessness reduces metabolic rate!.
instead of 2 or 3 large meals,have 5 small meals a day!.

I suggest beetroot is the best vegetable because it is good for our blood (I am not a science person)!. Carrot is really good for eyes and cucumber + leaves are good for keeping the body cool!. Also lady fingers are good for memory skills!. Hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
