Any clue to what my body type is?!


Question: Any clue to what my body type is!?
I know that one does not necessarily have to be a complete mesomorph, ectomorph or endomorph, but I am unsure as to which one I am closest to!. Please do not give me any links, I've taken online tests and am looking for personal opinions!. If I had any clue myself I wouldn't be asking, it just that I seem to have a bit of everything!.

As a child I was overweight (extreme over-eating), and lost the weight very easily through exercise!. I have fairly small bones, and can gain muscle mass pretty easily!. I have not gained any fat, but I exercise extensively!. Your guesses!? I'm confused!. I've gained 7 pounds in 3 weeks by only eating 2800 calories a day, which makes it more complicated!.

Maybe thats just it, you might be a little bit of everything, making your body type EME!.

Reading through your question i see you can lose body fat quite easily, a quality from the Ectomorph, small bones also come from this body type!.
But gaining muscle mass is harder for the Ecto and comes easier to the Mesomorph body type, though again, the ability to drop body fat that quickly will be hard for them!.

So i would probably say you were in the middle of the two, making you Meso-Ectomorph!.

I dont think that even with your earlier years of being overweight you fall into any part of the Endomorph body type!.

You look to me to be an ecto,( slight hips thin build)
a meso can gain size (muscle mass) easily and doesn't store a lot of body fat
where ectos have a hard time gaining weight because of a high metabolism
endos are just stocky in general, can't get low body weight easily
What you write and what you pic says seem to be two different things!.

One reason you are eating way too many calories a day a person your size needs to only eat about 1500-2000 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
