Coke zero has not been linked to cancer by any research study!. You may be thinking about the studies which have linked saccharin ingestion in high doses to cancer!. But, as far as I know, Coke Zero does not contain saccharin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
drinking one a day wont do anything to you!. Aspartame is your worry but there is not enough in one a day to worry about!. IF someone starts injecting you with aspartame like a lab rat then I would start to worry, but one a day isnt enough

i dont think you'll get cancer but aspartame is the worst sugar there is and it affects the brain!.
