Is is true that ;; Smoking makes you lose weight.......?!

Question: Is is true that ;; Smoking makes you lose weight!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
Answers:
No!.
If you are already a smoker and try to quit, you will gain a bit (or a lot) of weight as you need to replace the cigarrete for something!. When I stopped I had gained a bit of weight as I was eating candies or junk food when I needed a cigarrete!. Therefore, I was eating a lot of rubbish all day long!. Now I'm better and I started losing the weight I gained!.

For those who are starting smoking now, they will lose some weight as they will replace their food with cigarretes!. It's very common but the cigarrete itself doesn't have any property that makes the individual lose or gain weight!. It's just a matter of replacing things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look, it depends!.
If you smoke your appetite for eating gets disturbed so you probably won't feel like eating!. But sometimes people smoke after eating, thinking it helps digest the food!! and that happens when they've eaten an aweful lot of it!. Also, take into account other things you may consume while smoking, some people smoke with a cup of coffee, a can of fizzy drink, alcohol, or even with some sort of snack!.!.!.
I personally found that smoking helped me lose weight (not the healthy way obviously) but it simply replaced what i used to consume while being bored!.!.!. This is no advice but simply a personal experience!. I hope this helps!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Smokers are, on average, heavier than non-smokers!. Although cigarettes can act as temporary appetite suppressants, they also are powerful long-term exercise suppressants!. Some people do gain weight when they quit!. This is probably explainable by the replacing of cigarettes with food, trading one addiction for another!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO it's not true!. I smoke about a pack and a half a day and have been for about 10 years!. You can't just smoke sometimes once you have smoked enough and it doesn't take much!. You will become addicted!.You may not eat as much right away because you're going to be sick to you're stomach for awhile!. Please don't start this expensive, addictive, bad smelling, lethal habit to try to shed a few pounds!. You will regret this if you do it!. I'm trying to quit and it's the hardest thing ever!. I haven't failed anything so many times in my life!. Be smart and make the right decision!. Once you have smoked for awhile you're hunger will return same as it is now!. This offers you only negative consequences!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Trust me, I've seen my fair share of obese smokers!.
Smoking has nothing to do with weight but what you'll find with some people, is that instead of eating sometimes, they smoke!. By not eating they lose weight!. When people quit, they usually put weight back on because they're replacing the cigarette with food!.
It's a disgusting habit!. Yes, you may start to lose weight but you get a set of yellow teeth and thinning hair along with it!. Who wants that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In a way!.!.!.

Smoking suppresses your appetite - you don't feel you need to eat!.

The disadvantages of smoking far outweigh the advantages though!. Try to eat a more balanced diet!. More fruit and veg and less sugary and fatty foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well basically it is the nicotine that is killing you slowly as you smoke! smoking is not the method you get to when you wanna lose weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only thing is when people try to quit smoking they have the urge to fill their time with eating instead of smoking so they gain weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

not true!. the only thing is that someone who might go to munch on a snack smokes a cigg instead!. thus eating less junk!. and in reverse some one who is trying to quit might munch on more snacks to distract the nicotine cravings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I started smoking years ago, it DID suppress my appetite and I did lose a few kilos!.

Now that I am older, I wish I have never started smoking!. Everytime I try to give up, I eat more and put on weight! Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg hell no it messes you up it speeds up your metabilism while you smoke but as soon as you quit it slows it drastically so the tiny bit you lost gets put back on in a few hours haha trust me i know lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

No, if anything you will be more likely to gain weight, for various reasons!. Smokers who quit report gaining weight simply because they are fidgety so they overeat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it has a small effect on your metabolism and also it effects your taste buds so that you can't taste your food as well, so you may eat less!. It's not good thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com
