Question: How can i tone my tummy at home without spending money!?
I want to tone my tummy but i am alright in my size i just want a couple of exercises to tone it!. pls help oh yea and I'm 14!. I know i shouldn't be worrying but i want to look good in a bikiniWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are a number of things to tone your body as it is hard to spot reduce!. A work out routine that i would recommend that is effective yet quite easy, is a warm up of jogging or walking (it burns more fat than running as it utilises the muscles around the stomach) for 30 minutes!.
Then the actual work out needs to be performed in succession so it keeps your heart rate up, it's called something metabolic!.
10 squats (works the thighs),
20 sit-ups (it works the abs),
10 push ups,
30 star jumps, (find a step at home)
50 steps (alternating step-up leg),
(grab something to hold onto) 15 knee raises (stand on one foot and bend down - it really tones the thighs)!.
And then repeat this 3 times and you can mix it up so its not so tedious and you won't get sick of it!.
And make sure you stretch afterwards to reduce DOMS (Delayed Onset of Muscular Soreness)

Well first off you want to do some cardiovascular exercise (running/walking) to burn the calories (fat) off of your stomach!. Then to tone the muscle around the tummy (abs) you will want to do sit-ups or leg extensions!.!.!.just search ab workouts!. You CAN'T gain defined abs by simply doing the sit-ups, it will just build muscle under the fat!.
