Is it normal to gain 30 pounds in six months?!

Question: Is it normal to gain 30 pounds in six months!?
I eat normal!. My husband and I eat the same foods every day!. He doesn't gain a pound! We also eat fairly healthy, and I watch my calorie, and carb intake as much as possible!. I have had my tyroid test and it came out normal!. I do have PCOS though!. I don't know what to think or do!. I also walk about a mile per day!. I am going to work out more, but I have done that before and it really doesn't do much if anything for me!. Please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No this is not normal!. Imagine if everyone gained 30 pounds every 6 months!. I would weigh 2400 lbs by now!.

You must have had some traumatic experience in your life to create such a change!. Do something about it now!. See a therapist if you need to!. You say you eat "fairly" healthy!. Eat healthy!. Avoid fad diets!. Make a lifestyle change!. Clean out the fridge and put only healthy foods inside!. Do this together with your husband!. Enjoy physical activities regularly rather than sitting and watching TV!. Make it fun!. Take hold of it now before you get in so deep where you can't see any solutions!. It will be easier now than later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try writing down what you eat, including the portions and the time of day!. To lose weight, eat 5-6 small meals a day!. You cannot eat the same as your husband!. His body is different!. He probably has more muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
