What is the best way for me to diet?!
Question: What is the best way for me to diet!?
I'm a 170 lb!.15 year old girl!.
My Goal is 15-20 lbs lost per month!.
I'm a size 13/14 and i want to shrink down to a 7/8 or 5/6!.
I don't want my cup size (C) to shrink!.
&& For my rear well i won't mind if it shrunk a little!.
I've tried and succeeded in fast diets, but i always end up gaining the weight back!.
I already know the basics such as;
- Drink tons of water
- No Fast food, no pop, no candy, no snacks!.
- exercise consistently
(for this i could walk 20-25 minutes after school once a day for five days; problem is winter is coming up and i get sick easily)
- Limit to 3-4 Meals a day!.
My Diet Plan:
I was thinking that for my lunch at school, i'll eat an apple!.
When i return from school, i would walk to my house!. (which i do occasionally)
Then when i get home i'll have veggies or soup (cabbage!?)

diets are hard to stick to and you usually gain the weight back as you mentioned!. the best way to lose weight is exercise, and lots of it!. of course you ahve to curb your eating habits and eat healthier!.and i dont think that 20-25 minutes a day from school is enough if you want to lose 15-20 pounds per month!. of course in the winter you could do exercises inside!. go to the gym!? harder in the winter but running is great way to get into shape and lose wieghtWww@Answer-Health@Com
It sounds like you are on the right track, stick with it and give it time, you'll see results!. Also, I did a search and found this site that has some pretty good tips on weight loss!. I hope it helps and good luck:

dieting helps but if you want to speed up the process then you have to include cardio and weightlifting
do running, swimming, jump rope, and etc!. for cardio
