Help with cravings..?!


Question: Help with cravings!.!.!?
I'm trying to diet but I just can't seem to kick my sweet tooth! I started off good and then I went through a stage where I was really depressed and I just let go and binged on heaps of sweet stuff!. Now I'm finding it really hard, I need to lose a lot of weight by summer [3 months] but I'm so unconfident!. I just get too many cravings and I have no self control!. What are things I can eat!? That are less fattening, I get chocolate cravings a lot!. Bear in mind that I'm the kind of person if you have just a little, I can't stop eating it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

But i just keep this phrase in my head

"Nothing tastes as good and feeling thin feels"

The only person who can stop these cravings is you!. You just have to keep in your mind that weightloss is more important than a chocolate bar!.

It WILL be hard, obviously!. If it was easy, everyone would be thin!. But just tell yourself you have the willpower, and that you can do it and achieve that dream body!.

DISCIPLINE!. This is the word you must remember!. If you do not have self-control to resist the urge to binge, all is vain!

Try to divert your attention to anything, read a good and engaging book, go for a walk or do some worthwhile activity or learn something!. Keeping your mind off of it will help you a lot!. You may try drinking a lot of water too, this will make you feel 'full' and bloated, thus, your mind will not think of any 'sweets!.'Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont totally starve yourself!. Have some chocolate as a treat!. 2 finger Kitkats are low fat !.

Try fruit instead or a low fat yogurt!.

Maybe try and keep a food diary for a week, and note what emotion you felt when you went for a sweet thing, you could be a compulsive over eater as well !.I am the same if something is tasty and tempting, I cannot resist it!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
