Question: 125 Pounds 5'6, 13 Years old boy!. How much weight should I lose!?
I'm thinking about losing 10-15 pounds!.
After losing the weight I would like to tone up!.
I'm not fat or anything, I just wanna look better!.

ok, there are several things wrong with this question!.
first of all, for your height, you actually may already be a bit underweight!. im the same height as you and my dr told me im supposed to weight around 135!. since your a guy though, you should probably weight a bit more!. talk to your dr to be sure though!. seriously!.
loosing ten to 15 pounds would most DEFINATLY make you underweight if you arent already!. so dont do it!. being underweight is just as unhealthy as being overweight
your talking about loosing a pound every other day just about!. thats not healthy!.
and lastly, your 13!. your growing!. your not even gonna be at your currant weight very long cause odds are your still gonna get taller and all that other crap that comes with puberty!. untill you STOP growing entirly you shouldnt be concerned about how much weight you put on or take off because you dont know what your gonna be at when your 18

dude, you sound like you're at an okay weight to me!.
anway, if you want to just look better, dont care about the weight you lose, instead try to build muscle
do some aerobic work everyday if you can, at least 15mins (running, swimming, biking)
and then, 3 days a week, weightlift at your school/gym
