You should never go under 1200 calories a day, but I'm sure you know that!.

900 calories is not enough in a day to eat to be healthy and lose!. you dont state your age or how much you weigh now!. healthy calorie intake minium is usualy 1200-1800 !.!. just avoid junkfood/extra sugar and sodas!.!.!.30 mins a day is good start!.!.or exercise right at home !.!.!.!.
